We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
The product should be in the same condition as when received, including all tags and labels.
Non-returnable items include:
Opened or used hair products (due to hygiene reasons)
Gift cards or promotional items
2. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges if you received the wrong product or if the item is defective. You can exchange your item within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
