Returns

  • Eligibility:

    • Items must be unused, sealed or unopened and in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair products that have been opened, worn, or altered in any way.
    • Final sale items, gift cards, and promotional items are not eligible for return.
  • Return Process:

    1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@olrhair.com . with your order number and reason for return.
    2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
    3. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return form provided.
    4. Drop off the package at your local shipping facility.
    5. Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility:

    • Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different color or size, provided the item is unused, sealed and in its original packaging.
    • Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Exchange Process:

    1. Contact our customer service team at info@olrhair.com . with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
    2. We will check the availability of the new item and provide instructions on how to proceed.
    3. Once the original item is returned and inspected, we will ship the replacement item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@olrhair.com . with your order number and a photo of the damaged product.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Additional Information
